Whether you're new to yoga or already joined us in July, this 3-week series combines targeted flexibility and strength training with optional swing time to reinforce everything you’ve unlocked on the mat.

Each week includes:

  • 45 minutes of yoga focused on mobility, rotation, posture, and balance

  • 30 optional minutes of golf simulator time to move from flow into follow-through

  • Expert guidance from a certified yoga instructor with a passion for movement and sport

  • A welcoming, down-to-earth environment — all levels encouraged!

💰 Pricing

  • $75+ for full 3-week series (Yoga + Golf)

  • $45+ for Yoga only 3-week series

  • Drop-in: $20+ (Yoga only) or $30+ (Yoga + Golf)

Mats provided. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Blocks and straps optional.
